Delivery Timescale:

We expect to deliver all orders within 7 working days of the orders being placed. Please contact us asap if your order has not arrived. All orders are shipped by Royal Mail.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. To return a faulty item, please e-mail us. We test returned goods and reserve the right to return the product to you at your expense if we cannot reproduce the fault on our equipment. In the event that your order is damaged in transit, please ensure the goods remain sealed, refunds will not be made if we deem that the customer is responsible for the damaged caused.

Unwanted Purchases:

You may return your order by informing us of this by email up to 14 days after received the delivery. Goods must be returned to us unopened (factory sealed) or un-used and you must obtain a proof of postage receipt for the returned goods.
